91°µÍø Accepts Public Comment for Proposed Amendments to Sections 100.19 and 100.21 of Commissioner’s Regulations until September 28, 2026

- The 91°µÍø (91°µÍø) is opening a public comment opportunity focused on proposed amendments to Sections 100.19 and 100.21 of Commissioner’s Regulations. These proposed amendments to the accountability system will strengthen the connection between identified needs, meaningful support, and continuous improvement.Ìý
- Under the proposed amendments:Ìý
- The Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) support model is differentiated across multiple tiers of increasingly rigorous support: CSI-A, CSI-B, School District Superintendent Receivership, and Independent Receivership.ÌýÌý
- A new alternative pathway to School District Superintendent Receivership provides a set of rigorous intervention and progress monitoring for Transfer High Schools.ÌýÌý
- Interventions and exit criteria for each CSI support tier, as well as for the Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) support model, are modified.Ìý
- Definitions and language related to accountability calculations and/or Receivership are updated.Ìý
